Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent disruptive field
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 21464 ethical AI certification frameworks
- Security clearance for federal innovation programs (preferred)
