- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
