Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into core business strategy
- Present compelling technology forecasts to investors and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation tech deployment
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional foresight methodology skills (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong background in technology ethics and governance frameworks
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investor communities
