- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum computing and AI research institutions
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for next-generation product development
- Present technology strategies to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on human-machine collaboration systems
- Drive innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in Web3.0 and biotech convergence
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and recommend adaptive compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products (quantum/AI/Web3.0)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certified in Agile/DevOps methodologies and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech to stakeholders
