Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario analysis on disruptive innovations (quantum, bio-AI, Web3.0) and their commercial applications
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with ROI projections
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Host quarterly 'Future Horizons' summits with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
