Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise or hypergrowth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
