Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 innovation pipeline
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI, quantum, or biotech
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
