Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential 2026-2030 impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and disruption analyses to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Drive organizational digital transformation through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, bioinformatics)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech ventures or product innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI and venture capital scenarios
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscape analysis
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, IBM Quantum) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry white papers
