Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and strategic partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of 2026-ready solutions
- Deliver quarterly technology impact reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop IP strategy for emerging technologies with 100+ patent applications
- Mentor 10+ junior strategists through innovation sprints and hackathons
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with AI specialization
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing fundamentals
