Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Develop market-entry strategies for disruptive tech products
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technical capabilities with market needs
- Present technology vision to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech

- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
