- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-computer symbiosis
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future-tech ROI scenarios
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking adoption curves of nascent technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech scaling
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics and societal impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi analysis)
