Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and immersive tech
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage innovation labs and pilot programs for next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists and technical specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic consulting background with Fortune 500 clients preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
