- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis and startup partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/blockchain/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture and research ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, CFTE) preferred
