- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of futurists and technical analysts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and adoption lifecycle management
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSM)
