Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to C-suite and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
