Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic planning or emerging tech preferred
