Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) and commercialization pathways
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology roadmaps
- Produce strategic reports and executive briefings on disruptive market shifts
- Build and manage an external network of academic, startup, and industry experts
- Define innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state targets
- Represent InnovateX at global tech forums and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience)
