Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent role
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strategic planning certification or MBA preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
