Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive landscapes for 2026 tech adoption
- Collaborate with academic institutions on next-gen research initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D partnerships
- Shape industry standards through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2023)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with academic researchers and venture capital firms
- Certifications in Futurism, Technology Foresight, or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
