Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define future product roadmaps and feature innovations
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Manage technology forecasting scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence executive decision-making
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) preferred
