Responsibilities
- Design 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype sustainable tech solutions with 99.9% efficiency targets
- Develop ethical AI frameworks compliant with emerging global regulations
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption across 15+ industries
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling technologies from lab to market (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) and sustainable tech standards
- Strong network within DARPA, EU Horizon, or similar future-tech funding bodies
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
