Responsibilities

- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate tech talent pipeline
- Establish industry partnerships for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling digital transformation projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
