Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in high-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Graduate Certificate)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
- Experience building cross-functional teams across tech, legal, and business domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
