Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruptions and regulatory trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum computing adoption and ethical AI frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype sustainable tech solutions for climate resilience
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Innovation Fellowship program
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing multi-million dollar tech transformation budgets
- Strong network with academic research institutions and global tech councils
