- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (Web4, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible automation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley labs
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Proven track record of scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for technological disruption
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
