Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Drive R&D investments toward sustainable and ethical tech development
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proofing technical architectures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging hardware systems
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, whitepapers)
- Experience scaling teams across global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
