- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, quantum engineers, and sustainability experts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt markets by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $15M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CMI)
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience managing international R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
