Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, blockchain, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation across 15 global R&D centers
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative research
- Present technology forecasts to the board and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 senior engineers and data scientists
- Track emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech innovation
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution (Stanford/MIT preferred)
- Published 10+ industry whitepapers or patents
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
