Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable tech, and human augmentation systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partners
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create go-to-market strategies for quantum-secure solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Manage $500K+ annual innovation budgets with measurable ROI targets
- Build and lead a global team of 15+ futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature, IEEE, or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies deployed in production environments
