Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation teams (engineers, designers, data scientists)
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through investor proposals
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on next-gen tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ cases)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with VCs and industry innovators
