Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap with 18-month vision planning
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation pilots for emerging technologies (metaverse, neurotech, biocomputing)
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum Specialist, Microsoft AI-102)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
