Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into corporate strategy
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping and rapid experimentation
- Secure partnerships with leading academic and industry research labs
- Present strategic vision to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and lean startup principles
