Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate adoption risks
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and track implementation progress across departments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
