Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology investments with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D initiatives with 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations impacting future innovation
- Develop KPIs to track strategic execution and future readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
