- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations in sustainable AI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to >100M users
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance preferred for defense-contract collaborations
