Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for AI-integrated infrastructure and quantum computing adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders using immersive data visualization
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary tech innovations in sustainability and human augmentation
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, GDPR futures)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on technological forecasting or ethics
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Python, TensorFlow, quantum simulators)
- Experience with neuro-diverse team leadership in high-stakes innovation environments
- Fluency in at least two emerging tech languages (e.g., Rust, Solidity)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech solutions
