- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech solutions through agile methodologies
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on next-generation technology adoption
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation success and technological maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development, regulatory compliance, and data governance
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration required
- Experience scaling technology teams and managing innovation budgets over $10M
