Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AI ethics frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and implement futuristic solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for innovation scouting
- Create future-proof architecture designs ensuring scalability beyond 2030
- Mentor senior engineers on next-gen development methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Active security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
