Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation labs and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional team leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communication
