- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate research into scalable commercial applications

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in technology convergence patterns and disruptive innovation models
- Certification in technology foresight or scenario planning (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Expertise in ethical tech governance frameworks and sustainable tech design principles
