Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technology disruptors
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of technology futurists and domain experts
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology innovation initiatives
- Manage innovation portfolio with $50M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching next-gen technology products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
