Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves
- Lead scenario planning for systemic tech disruptions
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor internal talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends (show 2020-2023 foresight)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
