Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize innovation initiatives and resource allocation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
