- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into customer solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish innovation labs and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership on technology futures and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
