Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing next-generation digital solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management (CIM)
- Portfolio of executed tech transformation initiatives with measurable ROI
