- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing and AI applications
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies in biotech, nanotech, and space exploration
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and government liaisons
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and technologists
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and ethical frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technologists
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable tech innovation
