Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with potential market impact by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations to ensure compliance and opportunity identification
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and trend forecasting sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation hubs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CEMS) preferred
