Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate innovative solutions into product roadmaps.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the development of innovation labs and pilot programs to test new technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, startups, and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technology trends, including AI, machine learning, and next-gen computing.
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term forecasting methodologies.
