Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives with 3-5 year horizons

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans with 5+ year horizons
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) or innovation management highly valued
