Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market trend forecasting for disruptive tech
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing adoption
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level experience with technology roadmapping and innovation lifecycle management
